Nilles Builders, Inc is a general contracting company specializing in home improvements and renovations. We've been operating continuously in St. Paul and the metro area since 1977. (MN State Lic # 4690)

A number of Nilles Builders' projects have been recognized over the years for their contribution to preserving and enhancing Twin Cities fine collection of historic buildings.

We own and operate our own state-of-the-art custom woodworking shop, enabling us to provide custom cabinetry and mill work of any design or finish more efficiently and more reasonably-priced than most home improvement companies.

We offer written warranties for all our work, including roofing. Our shingle roofing materials carry manufacturer's warranties of 25 years or longer.
