Renovated Kenwood Mansion

This Kenwood (Minneapolis) mansion near Lake of the Isles received a completely rebuilt front elevation, with sunroom addition, porch, patio, chimney, new windows and new stucco coatings and tile roofing, with sidewalks and new front retaining walls. Work also included extensive renovation of the front half of this home's interior spaces, including a new curved stone fireplace, new guest suite, and new study.
